Built for executives
We'll set up your AI assistant in 48 hours.
Five hours a week back on your calendar. We'll agree what that looks like before you pay.
- Setup within 48 hours
- 1:1 onboarding with an experienced professional
- Three 30-minute support calls, used whenever you want them
- We never see your passwords
Haven't picked an assistant yet? That's most people. We'll sort that on the call.
Trusted by leaders like you
Every one of those is real work we've shipped. We don't put one client's name in front of another without asking first, so you get the industry instead.
What we hear on the first call
You're busy, not behind.
I don't know which one I'm supposed to sign up for.
Somebody put one on my phone in July. I haven't opened it since.
I've asked it to summarize things. That's the whole story.
It told me my spending was up. I knew that. I wanted it to go do something.
Nobody's short on information about this stuff. You're short on the afternoon. Setting one up properly takes a few hours of screens and settings that nobody explains, so it doesn't happen, and then it keeps not happening.
What you get
Setup within 48 hours.
Your day
- Email sorted, replies written in your voice, junk gone before you're up
- Texts watched, so the one that matters reaches you
- Meetings booked, moved and confirmed without a thread
- Spending sorted as it happens
- Bills watched, and you hear the day one doubles
- Reminders that turn up when you can act on them
Your business
- New customers answered inside the hour
- Invoices out, then chased as they age
- Receipts read from a photo and filed
- Follow-ups that go out on day three
- Weekly numbers on your desk Monday
- Long documents read and summarized before the meeting
1:1 onboarding with an experienced professional
Casey or Drew sits with you for the whole setup. Not a help page, not a chatbot, not an account manager you meet once. Three 30-minute calls afterward, used whenever you want.
How we measure it
Five hours a week is the target.
On the first call we write down what five hours a week looks like for you, in your words, before you pay us anything. Thirty days after setup we sit down and check.
- We agree on the number with you first, so nobody's guessing later
- We check at 30 days, not at the end of some long contract
- If you're short, we'll tell you straight what it would take to close the gap
Plain version: we'd rather measure it than talk about it.
Why us
We do this every week.
We're Casey and Drew, two people in Colorado who build custom AI systems for businesses. Setting up your assistant is that same work in a smaller box, and it honestly isn't hard. Nobody has sat down and done it with you.
We're your guide, not another vendor
Account stays in your name, on your card. Nothing here turns into something you rent from us.
Front Range gets it in person
Colorado Springs, Denver, Pueblo and the towns between. Anywhere else it's a screen share and it goes the same way.
You'll know in 48 hours
One sitting, not a project with phases. If it isn't doing real work by then, we haven't earned the fee.
Meta Muse, Grok Bot, Instinct
They're all doing the same job.
Every comparison says something different, and by the time you've picked one it's changed again. Which one you pick matters far less than whether anybody set it up.
Meta Muse
Meta's version, out in the United States since Sept. 8, 2026. It books, buys and sends messages for you, and checks in before anything big.
Grok Bot
xAI's version, out since August 2026. You give it a name and a job and it works on its own computer while you sleep.
Instinct
Watches your email, messages and calendar, then texts or calls you instead of waiting to be asked. Pushiest of the three, which is useful once it's tuned.
Whatever lands next
OpenAI hasn't put out its answer yet. When it does we'll be set up on it inside the week, and you won't have to start over.
True as of Sept. 27, 2026, and some of it will be wrong in a month. Keeping up with them is our job, not yours.
Passwords and access
Your passwords stay yours.
Handing a stranger your email password to set up a robot is a bad trade. You never have to.
We never see a password
You type your own, on your own computer, every time. We don't write them down and we don't need them.
Start small, add more later
Anything that spends money or talks to a customer stays off until you've watched the rest work.
You'll know what you're agreeing to
Before you tap yes on an access screen, we read it back in plain English. Some of them ask for more than the button suggests.
Finding the off switch takes a minute
We show you where it is, in your own settings, before we turn the first thing on.
We won't promise you that software we don't own is safe. What we'll do is tell you what each one is asking for and help you decide.
How it goes
From call to running in 48 hours.
01
Twenty minutes on the phone
What you want off your plate, and which accounts you'd let it near. Nothing to sign.
02
One sitting, two to three hours
At your office on the Front Range, a screen share anywhere else. You type every password, and it's working on your real accounts by the end of it.
03
Three calls, and the number stays live
Thirty minutes each, whenever you want them. Most people burn the first one inside two weeks, wanting it to do more.
Pricing
$2,500 to set it up. After that it's your call.
Setup
$2,500
One time. Onboarding, the sitting, and three 30-minute calls.
- Every account on your list, hooked up and tried on real work
- Rules it follows, written in your words
- One sitting within 48 hours, in person on the Front Range
- Nothing recurring unless you want it
Monthly, if you want it
$300 to $500
Sized to how much of us you want after the three calls.
- $300 keeps the number live and your setup working when these apps change
- $500 adds one new job wired up every month
- Month to month, and cancelling is one email
- Skip it and your setup keeps running
Put it against an hour of your own time and decide from there. We're not quoting you an average, because we don't have one worth quoting. Whether it bought back five hours a week is something you'll know at 30 days, because we measure it with you.
Two minutes, before you call
Which of these would you hand over?
Tap anything you'd rather stop doing. This is the list we work from on the call.
Tap a few and we'll tell you what we'd get running in the first sitting.
What changes
How a Tuesday goes.
Now
- You answer every email yourself, including the twelve that didn't need you
- You find the doubled subscription in December
- Three follow-ups you meant to send are still in your head
- Receipts live in your photo roll, sorted never
- You've heard about all this for two years and done nothing
After
- Replies are written and waiting, and you send them or fix them
- Doubled subscription texts you the day it happens
- Follow-ups went out on day three without you remembering
- Photo of a receipt lands in the right place by itself
- You check it before your first meeting, the way you check the weather
What people say
Two weeks in, they bring up the calls.
I'd downloaded it in June and never opened it. Two hours in my office and now it clears my inbox before I'm awake.
I'd been dreading handing over my passwords. I typed every one myself and nobody wrote anything down. That mattered more to me than the setup.
Used my first support call to make it chase unpaid invoices. Eleven minutes. I'd never have worked that out myself.
Placeholder copy. These three people are invented and the portraits are stock, written to test how the section reads. Nothing here goes public until real customers say something we can quote.
Where we say no
Things we won't promise.
We won't promise it never gets one wrong
We set limits, try it on your real work, and tell you which jobs we'd keep a person on. Anybody promising perfect is selling.
We're not asking for your passwords
Not on the call, not after. If anybody offering this ever asks you for one, hang up.
Nothing goes out in your name on day one
Email, texts, calls and anything that moves money start off. You switch each one on once you've watched the rest behave.
We won't sell you a second subscription
You'll pay whoever makes your assistant. We're not reselling it or charging rent on top.
Before you call
Questions we get on every first call.
I haven't picked one yet. Is that a problem?
No, that's most people who call. Choosing takes about ten minutes of the first call.
I don't have time to learn another tool.
You won't be learning one. You'll be tapping approve on your phone, and the three calls exist so you never have to go digging through settings yourself.
I already have an assistant. Does this replace them?
No, and we'd argue against it. This takes the parts of the job nobody should be doing by hand, which is usually sorting, chasing and filing.
Do you really come out in person?
On the Front Range, yes. Everywhere else it's a screen share, same sitting, same result.
How fast can this happen?
Setup inside 48 hours of the first call. Sitting runs two to three hours and it's done in one go.
What if the one I've got can't do something on your list?
You hear it on the first call instead of after you've paid.
Will you make me switch to a different one?
No. Switch on your own next year and we'll move your setup across.
Is the monthly required?
No. Setup is one time and the three calls come with it. Plenty of people skip the monthly.
Next step
You don't have to know which one you want.
Twenty minutes, and you'll know whether we can have you running by this time in two days.
Casey or Drew picks up. Front Range gets the sitting in person.
